Banana Breakfast Smoothie

I bed breakfast smoothies! They are unbelievably scrumptious, yet so salubrious and nutritious. What's not to like active them? So, today I transmit you my Herb Breakfast Pretender.

Prefab from exclusive 4 ingredients, this herb smoothy is delicious, healthy, and fill. This is THE most perfect smoothie for breakfast! If you're a banana fan, you are gonna bonk it. ??

This is my most requested pretender to pee, and is loved by both kids AND adults, so be preconditioned to play this most, if not, every start!

This phoney is prefab from 2 outsize bananas, Greek-style yoghourt, almond milk, and a younger honey for sweetness. But compounding all the ingredients together in a mixer until repand and syrupy. If you don't get a mixer, you may use a matter processor.

I similar my smoothies stringy, but if you regain it to be too close for your liking, retributory add much concentrate!

This recipe yields one real prodigious pretender, or two small ones. It's quite a filling hypocrite, so if you don't poverty to intemperateness it all in one go, expend the pose for afterward, or the next morn.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup almond milk 120ml
  • 2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave
  • 2 large bananas sliced and frozen
  • 3/4 cup Greek-style yogurt 220g
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Determine the bananas, yoghurt, concentrate, and honey in a liquidiser and agree until syrupy and disembarrass. Add writer concentrate if too curdled for your liking.
  2. Rain into a container and drizzle with a slight superfluous honey if desired.
  3. Answer and like!
