Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard

- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt

- 4 cups water
- 2 cans kidney beans, undrained
